Who am I?
My name is Pierre.
I’ve been taking care of pets full-time for over 10 years.
While searching for my first dog online, I realized that there is a mix of everything out there.
The proof? In Europe, more than 50% of dogs come from puppy mills in Eastern European countries, even if you adopted them in your own country.
To avoid scams and puppy mills, I decided to create Tipaw.
